Every child's reading journey is unique. MIRA Literacy offers structured literacy therapy, screenings, evaluations, and parent consultations. The process begins with a free 15-minute consultation to determine the best next step for your child.
How to Get Started
1. Send an inquiry
Click below to request a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll discuss your child’s reading history, current concerns, and goals. Together, we’ll determine whether MIRA Literacy is the right fit for your family.
2. Complete a Screening or Evaluation (If Needed)
Not every student needs the same level of assessment. MIRA Literacy will recommend the most appropriate screening or comprehensive evaluation based on your child’s needs.
3. Receive a Personalized Recommendation
Based on the consultation and any assessment results, MIRA Literacy will recommend the intervention, instructional schedule, and next steps that best support your child’s needs.
4. Begin Your Reading Journey
Once a plan is in place, your child will begin personalized, evidence-based instruction through the recommended MIRA Literacy program, with ongoing support and progress monitoring.
Monthly Therapy Tuition
MIRA Literacy therapy is offered as monthly tuition, not hourly tutoring. Monthly tuition reserves your child’s weekly therapy schedule and supports consistent intervention throughout the program.
Monthly tuition varies based on the recommended intervention program and instructional schedule. Detailed pricing is discussed during your consultation.
Lite vs. Intensive
Both options use the same evidence-based instruction. The difference is the amount of instructional time each week. Placement into Lite or Intensive depends on your child’s age, learning profile, program, instructional needs, and availability.
Lite
3 hrs/week
Best for students who need consistent structured intervention but may not need the highest weekly intensity.
Intensive
4 hrs/week
Best for students with more significant reading, spelling, fluency, or written expression needs.
Additional Services
MIRA Literacy also offers one-time services to help identify reading needs and determine appropriate intervention.
